Wagyu Tasting Pack „Palate Delight“

Content

2 small bratwursts (made with 100% Wagyu beef—a real treat, approx. 110 g per sausage)
2 burger patties (pre-seasoned, for many the best patties they have ever eaten – approx. 150g / patty)
500g ground meat (made from 100% Wagyu beef)
1 jar of Wagyu fat (rendered Wagyu fat)
1 pack of bacon (sliced thin from the brisket)
200g Steak Flat Iron (particularly tender steak from the shoulder, finely marbled with a rich, aromatic flavor)
200g Steak – Sphere Steak (one of our favorite cuts. It comes from the round/knuckle and is very tender and fine-grained. The steak becomes larger during preparation than when raw)

Wagyu Tasting Package „Premium Steak Edition“

Enjoy our Wagyu beef with the selection of steaks from our Premium Steak Edition and discover its special variety. The selection is sufficient for 4 people. Alternatively, you can freeze the steaks and whip up dishes with them as you please.
