What we breed keeps what it promises – confirmed at the largest breeding shows in Europe and in the direct meat contest. Since the 3rd generation, we have pursued a clear goal: to breed the best Wagyu beef in Europe and to produce the best meat in the region with them.
Our motherline Edusa stands out in this regard: It produced the National Champion in 2026 – and several of its closest relatives are now in our own herd.

The mother of the National Champion 2026 is from our farm. Several descendants from this family are currently in our herd – living proof of our breeding strategy.

Breeding methodology
Expert breeding to international standards
Successful Wagyu breeding is not a coincidence; it is the result of meticulous data work. We evaluate and select our animals according to the same standards that determine top-notch genetics in Australia and Japan as well.
Breeding value estimation based on key indicators
Each animal is objectively evaluated for growth, marbling and meat quality – not based on appearance, but on reliable figures.
Australian analytical standard
Our breeding decisions are based on the internationally recognized BREEDPLAN system for the genetic evaluation of Wagyu cattle.
Targeted marble selection
We consistently select for the highest fat content – the basis for the quality of the meat, which is also confirmed by our contest results.
Muscle area as a performance characteristic
In addition to marbling, the back muscle area also influences our selection – crucial for meat yield and muscle development.
Purebred & specifically hornless
100% purebred Wagyu genetics, supplemented by purposefully crossed hornless lines – without compromising on lineage.
Complete proof of lineage
Each animal is fully documented and traceable – from the parent line to the top breeder used.
